New Zubiri Builders was first registered as Zubiri Builders in January 2005. It was then located and operates in Camarin, Caloocan City. It is a labor subcontractor company that specializes in steel, glass, and aluminum works. In January 2011, when the family transferred to Bacoor Cavite, it was then that the owner decided to change the company name to New Zubiri Builders, registered in the Department of Trade and Industries with DTI Certificate No. 3015623. Its main office is currently located and operates at 9054C Molino Road, Molino 3, Bacoor, Cavite.
New Zubiri Builders is a general engineering contractor that specializes in civil, electrical, plumbing, architectural, and surveying services. It aims to make a name in the construction industry by offering unique services according to the needs of its clients with the concept of quality workmanship. While it may be a new name in the construction industry, the personnel and key staff are experienced professionals who have the technical capability to undertake complex and multi-disciplinary projects.
